The process of buying and selling real estate takes longer than you think.  My most recent client- Lotte is a perfect example.  I first met Lotte back in March of 2024 through a referral from a past client.  Let’s just say, Lotte is quite the business woman and required a lot of data.  I started supplying Lotte with detailed market reports for over a year, tracking sales, and keeping her informed of the direction of the market.  Along the way, I met with her several times to advise her of necessary improvements to prepare her home for the sale when the time was right.   I am pleased to say that we entered the market perfectly and received several offers from strong buyers with favorable terms.  We also timed the sale of her home with the purchase of new construction which was no easy task.  Good luck Lotte! I am going to miss the long discussions and your analytic thought process.
