JUST SOLD: 76 Sycamore Court – Lawrence Township, NJ 08648

I am pleased to announce the sale of 76 Sycamore Court.  This was a bittersweet sale because I sold this townhome to my client Peggy back in 2018.  Peggy absolutely loved this home!  If it wasn’t for a new job opportunity in Wyoming, she probably would have stayed forever.  This was difficult for her and her emotions were obvious.  In an effort to comfort her, I said we would find the right buyer.  Within days, I received a call from a buyer that seems to meet all the criteria.  Enter my buyer client Derek whom I met at the property immediately.  Once we met, I highlighting all the benefits of the Community and how well Peggy maintained the home.  Derek was hooked.  Within a couple hours, I put together an offer that thrilled BOTH seller and buyer.  Just 42 days later, there were smiles all around at the closing table.  Emotions are a big part of real estate.  Understanding it, managing it and overcoming it… is just another reason, I love real estate.
