There are certain clients that come along and exude the power of humanity. Bala and Vineetha are those type of special people. Several years back, I received a call from a buyer wanting to see a home. As soon as we met him, it was apparent that I had come across one of the kindest families. From the start, they were always polite, appreciative, respectful and considerate. Even though it took several years to find the right home, the amount of positivity was astounding. Bala never got down and always kept faith. It was a great lesson to me. In the end, the house that fit their overwhelming criteria is the one they own.
