JUST SOLD: 2 HILTON COURT – PENNINGTON, NJ 08534

I met Abhishek and Regina at an Open House and we connected immediately.  I came to learn that they had been searching for homes unsuccessfully for a while.  When we met, they explained their frustration and that they had gone through several agents. I could tell it was taking a toll on their family.  At the time, they were currently living in a small rental with a difficult landlord and two children under the age of 3.  Every new property we toured, they held out hope they would finally land the right home for them.  Once we found this home, we acted quickly and with fair offer terms.  We sent a message to the sellers we were serious and motivated.  In this instance, I had them craft a letter to the seller explaining their need for housing.  It worked because the sellers had gone through a similar experience when they purchased their first home.  Thank you for the trust, that’s one of my highest compliments.
