There is nothing better than receiving a call from past clients.  Chaitanya and Isha purchased this home from me back in 2020.  Since then, they had grown their family and needed more space.  They were looking for a larger home with a nice backyard for their two young daughters.  We immediately got to work and quickly negotiated a deal on beautiful property in Pennington which checked all their boxes.  After that, it was a mad dash to get their home on the market, find a qualified buyer and coordinate the purchase with their sale.  This deal had so many crazy turns it is hard to put in words, but the bottom line is we were able to get it to the closing table.  As a realtor, we try to leave emotion out of it and stay calm, but this was challenging.  Chaitanya and Isha are two of the nicest people and I really felt their stress.  Needless to say, there were quite a few late-night talks to help them through.  In the end, I’m so happy we pulled it off and they are comfortable living in their brand-new home.  Congratulations!
